Our aim is to develop data driven software services that can help our customers improve the services they offer to their customers.
Our team has been developing data-driven software solutions for the Rail Industry for over 12 years. We have a deep understanding of all things rail, and are dedicated to pioneering data-driven solutions that benefit the entire Industry.
Our Mission: Unlocking the Power of Rail Data
Our mission is to unlock the power of rail data by focusing on the ingestion, integration, visualisation, and analysis of diverse data sources. By leveraging cloud-native technology, we provide actionable insights that help address real-world business challenges. The Rail Industry generates vast amounts of data, often siloed within different systems and used for isolated purposes at both the industry and Train Operating Company (TOC) levels. Our goal is to break down these data barriers and create a unified, real-time picture of railway operations.
Seamless Data Integration for Smarter Decision-Making
We integrate data from multiple sources, including customer-facing platforms such as websites and apps, alongside real-time operational data from Train Operating Companies and control centres. This enables us to provide a single source of truth for railway operations, deliver real-time messaging and alerts to improve response times during disruptions, and facilitate faster, more informed decision-making across the rail network. By enhancing access to data, we help our customers improve passenger experience and operational performance.
Built for Reliability, Security, and Scalability
Our solutions are built using cloud-native services from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Snowflake, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. As a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, we take full responsibility for the 24/7 management, resilience, and performance of our services while ensuring data security and controlled access.
Customer-Driven Innovation
We develop our services in close collaboration with customers, continuously evolving our solutions as new ideas and data sources emerge. Innovation is at the heart of our approach—we rapidly prototype and validate new opportunities before scaling them to meet industry needs. Our vision is to empower the Rail Industry with smarter, data-driven solutions, enabling a more efficient, responsive, and passenger-focused railway.
We use modern, cloud-native technologies to create secure, performant, and adaptable browser-based solutions.
We provide cost-effective solutions through a flexible, modular subscription model, ensuring you pay only for what you need.
We dismantle data silos, ensuring that data is open, accessible, and interoperable across all systems.
We provide full support for our solutions with Help Desks and community User Groups to discuss future enhancements & innovation.
We blend technical expertise with deep industry knowledge and foster close collaboration with our customers.
