Berth Maps implementation – GWR

The rollout of Berth Maps at GWR has been a real success. It is an operationally critical solution that was delivered smoothly to hundreds of users across all GWR functions with minimal disruption. Berth Maps has replaced four independent systems, ensuring a single, consistent view of services for all users.

Users have found Berth Maps highly intuitive, enabling deployment through a communications-led messaging programme rather than a formal training package. We have seen high levels of user engagement across functions, supported by an active feedback loop that captures good practice and informs ongoing development.
