The Contracts & Compliance Manager role shapes how we contract, govern, and deliver for our customers throughout the lifecycle of our relationship. You'll build the frameworks, templates, and compliance practices that keep us aligned, accredited, and set up to deliver brilliantly. It's a hands‑on role for someone who loves structure, clarity, and making sure great ideas land smoothly and successfully.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support the drafting, review, and management of Customer Order Forms, working with internal teams to translate customer requirements into clear, complete contract documents.
  • Develop and maintain a set of contract templates and clause libraries to ensure consistency, compliance, and effective risk management.
  • Monitor contract performance and obligations, ensuring all commercial and operational commitments are met throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Enhance and maintain a structured and accurate contract repository that clearly documents our customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to map and allocate responsibilities to the appropriate individuals, ensuring clarity of ownership and effective delivery.
  • Manage in‑life and end‑of‑term contract events, including price changes, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Actively participate in and support the processes required to maintain existing ISO accreditations, and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new accreditation opportunities
  • Support internal and external compliance audits and coordinate customer due‑diligence and security questionnaire responses, including preparation, evidence gathering, and remediation management.
  • Develop high‑quality tender documentation that explains our service offering, SLA framework, delivery model, and compliance approach.

As a minimum, you will need to have: 

  • Experience managing contract lifecycles in a SaaS or technology‑focused environment.
  • Familiarity with drafting SaaS Order Forms and interpreting commercial contractual terms.
  • Hands‑on experience maintaining contract templates and clause libraries.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS agreements, SLAs, data‑processing clauses, and renewal structures.
  • Experience using or administering contract management or CLM systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to find a solution.
  • Preferably Experience working with ISO frameworks, internal controls, and audit processes.
